ANTI-TERRORISM FORCE PROTECTION TEAM

Our Team has over forty-five years of US Navy experience and ten years in Acoustic Hailing Devices (AHD). They work closely with the Commercial Team to develop AHD's and other acoustic products for Government, Commercial, and Military applications. Among their experiences:

  • Laid the groundwork in 2002 for today's AHD's while at General Dynamics Bath Iron Works division
  • In response to the USS Cole attack, secured a prototype development contract from the US Navy for Force Protection
  • Worked with American Technology Corporation to develop and deliver to the US Navy the Long Range Acoustic Device
  • Conceived the concept of an AHD with pan-tilt-zoom capability for the Port Authority New York New Jersey (PANYNJ) to protect the approaches to the Hackensack Bridge
  • Developed a smaller AHD for installation on US Army and Marine Corps medium to large vehicles
  • Tested the first installation of a highly directional AHD on a USMC helicopter
  • Pioneered the use of planar magnetic speakers aboard US Navy aircraft carriers, hangars, college campuses and airports
